Everything here felt fantastic, it was a fabulous stay for a relaxing bank holiday weekend away from London. Location was good and amazing, near shops. Furthermore, it was just off the town centre/beach, Southend pier, and Westcliff-on-Sea library. There was a bathtub.

Located just a short walk away from the beach and a variety of shops, this spacious and clean apartment is the ideal base for a seaside getaway. Guests can enjoy high-quality amenities such as a coffee maker, washing machine, and Netflix access. The helpful host goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, even providing treats and essentials. Additionally, the apartment is conveniently located near the bus stop and library, making transportation easy.
The shower situation may be a bit tricky for elderly guests, as the tub requires stepping up.

The host provided generous snacks and essential supplies, making us feel truly welcome. The communication with the landlady was excellent, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the apartment's location was convenient, with local shops nearby and easy access to Belfairs Public Golf Course and Pegasus Country Club, perfect for a day out with the family.
My wife says that the bathroom setup could be improved, with the shower curtain sticking to your body and the water temperature being temperamental. For families with children, it would be great to have a small blind at the bathroom window for privacy.

I had a fantastic stay at Coastal Apartment. The flat was well-equipped and comfortable, with two great TV sets. The location was excellent, with shops and takeaways close by, and Clerkwell beach just a 20-minute walk away. Despite being off the London Road, it was surprisingly quiet. The owner was also very responsive and promptly addressed a small issue. I highly recommend this place for a short visit.

Great location, just a short walk to the town and bus stop right at the top of the road. The host was fantastic, always keeping in touch and providing all the necessary amenities. The apartment was clean and well-decorated, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The bathroom was a bit cramped and the temperature of the water was very temperamental. The bed was a bit low and the mattress was on the thin side.

The property was impeccably clean and well-designed, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The communication from the host was excellent, ensuring all our needs were met before arrival. The presence of recliner chairs added an extra touch of comfort. Additionally, the location of the property was convenient, with easy parking and access to a quiet and enjoyable beach.
There was no freezer available, which could be an inconvenience for some guests. Furthermore, there was no designated smoking area, and the neighbors seemed sensitive to doors being left open.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with a great selection of entertainment options for both kids and adults. The treat and essentials provided by the owner made us feel genuinely welcome. Additionally, the short 9-minute drive to the beach was a major convenience.
The overgrown garden area, which sadly wasn't accessible. It would have been great to have a well-maintained outdoor space to enjoy.
